I have a classic photograph taken by the owner of this painting showing an exceedingly long and stretched out cat, standing on her hind legs on a low table and reaching as far as she can up the wall, trying to get to the framed painting.  I’m glad the cat enjoys the artwork so much.  However, luckily for the geese (and probably the cat), the painting remained out of reach!
