The serenity of this tranquil scene is meditative as soft diffuse light filters through the low hanging clouds reflected in the quiet water. I found the horizontal tree jutting out of the forest to the left as quite unusual. I’m still not sure whether it was surviving like that or recently fallen from lightning strike or beavers. In any event, it made for another interesting object to mirror in the quiet depths of the reflective water.
