Live Art Demo Coming Up!

For the many professional and aspiring painters who love working in oil paints but fear the health hazards associated with the constant exposure to solvents, my friends, there is hope! I too love working in oils and have much experience with the traditional variety. More recently, I’ve been blessed to have found out about water-mixable oils. They are a wonderful solution, allowing the artist to work in oils without the nasty solvents!

Come see my smiling face at the demo!

I’ll be doing a live art demo on working in water-mixable oils on March 1, 2016. I’m really looking forward to this, and have already begun a painting which I’ll be working on at the event, while explaining the materials, encouraging questions and generally talking painting and creativity! Having done many live demos in the past, I expect this will be a great time both for the attendees and myself.

This event is sponsored by the Alden Lancaster Art Club, in Alden, NY.

Location of the event is at Grace in Community Church, 1129 Broadway, Alden, NY (in the church basement). The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m., and demo starts approximately 7:30. All are welcome to attend this free event.
