Happy Halloween!
Just a quick note, wishing everyone a happy Halloween! Kicking off a string of fall and winter holidays, Halloween seems to signal that the snow can start flying at any time (if it hasn’t already). Halloween is also an artful time as imagination runs high in kids young and old. We get to see creative costumes as monsters and goblins take over our parties and get-togethers.
I hope that sci-fi and fantasy aficionados will indulge their creative inclinations at this time of year. Thanks to those who love Halloween we can see fantastical creatures of all kinds showing up in movies, costume shops and on our streets during the festivities. It’s amazing just how creative some kids and grown-ups can be in decorating and celebrating this spookiest of holidays. Have fun and be safe!
