Flea – Clay – 8” x 5” x 4”*

Flea, named affectionately for the bison’s apparent scratching at an annoying pest, is a study in animal anatomy and texture.  This sculpture, though never reproduced, became the precursor to other sculptures such as Daddy Roi.
