The old expression, “a picture’s worth a thousand words,” probably applies here as well as anywhere. The dog’s toothy grin (or snarl, depending on how you see it) is begging for attention, maybe with a hint of warning to keep fingers away from those little fangs! I particularly enjoy the angle in this drawing – the perspective of foreshortening, with tiny paws on the floor, supporting the round fuzzy head right up close!
