Rhino – Ink on Paper – 4.75”x6.5”
The drawing of this rhino reminds me of sketches I would do in the margins of my notebook paper in high school – free, loose and totally non-erasable!  I think that kind of approach to art is as valid as any other.  Indeed it’s with that attitude that I’ve approached many of my paintings and drawings to produce a freshness and spontaneity which a more labored technique would be less likely to achieve.
