Great efforts have been made to accurately reproduce the look of the original artwork in the examples shown on this website.  However, reflecting the true color, texture, and luster of an original piece of art in a digital reproduction is next to impossible.  An original piece of art almost always exceeds any reproduction in quality and impact.

• All returned artwork must be received by artist in 100% original, mint condition, including frames (if applicable), to be eligible for refund.  To help assure this, it’s recommended that artwork be carefully packaged for return exactly as it was received by buyer.

• Returns shipped to artist later than 30 days after initial delivery to buyer’s indicated address are no longer eligible for refund.

• Receipt for return postage cost must be included with returned item to qualify for refund on return postage.

• This Guarantee applies only to artwork purchased directly from the artist through this website or by contacting the artist directly.  Artwork purchased through a gallery or another third party is excluded from this guarantee.

• This guarantee applies only to sale of pre-existing original artwork and not to illustration, design services, or commissioned pieces.  Commissioned artwork is handled under a separate contract.

– Artwork Sizes –

Dimensions noted for each painting are generally accurate.  However, some small variations do occur.  Paintings listed as being created on “Panel” occasionally vary somewhat from the dimensions stated.  Some of these panels have been cut using power equipment which can result in a degree of variation from the intended size.  This has never prevented framing one of these paintings in a standard sized frame for the dimensions listed.

Artwork listed  for sale on this website means the paintings, sculptures, and drawings themselves are for sale, but the copyrights are not.  The artist retains exclusive copyright to the artwork. Making copies of the artwork, in any way, by any person other than the artist, without the artist’s express written consent is prohibited by law.
