The title of this oil painting of a male nude is mysterious as we consider what it is that the young man is considering.  His facial features are hidden from view, which allows us to project our own interpretation into this intimate vignette.  It’s one of those images where I could practically “sculpt” in paint the form of the man, lit by an unseen window to the left of the subject.
